Our Story/ Mission
The Let Go Campaign is a faith-based initiative created to help young people release emotional burdens, such as anxiety, stress, and depression, through surrender, reflection, and faith. We believe true strength is found not in holding on, but in letting go. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s easy to bottle up worries and carry them alone. This campaign reminds you that it’s okay to seek help, to pause, to breathe, and to let go. By taking even a small moment to release what weighs you down, you open the door to peace, restoration, and hope.

Inspired by Faith
Rooted in Christian principles, the Let Go Campaign redefines what it means to be strong. True strength is not measured by how much we can carry on our own but by our willingness to surrender our burdens to God and trust in His guidance. Through reflection and prayer, we can begin to find a calm centre amid life’s storms. Every poster and design is inspired by this belief, offering a gentle reminder that surrender is not defeat... it is a step towards freedom and healing.
Our Visual Story
Each design in the campaign is carefully crafted to embody peace, calm, and serenity. From darkness to light, the series tells a visual story of the transformation of the journey from heaviness and struggle to openness and release. The figures, colours, and compositions are meant to create a space where viewers can pause, reflect, and connect with their own emotions. We hope that by experiencing the online art installation (Lifted: A Let Go Story), visitors can feel a sense of restoration and be reminded that they are not alone in their struggles.
Join the Journey
We invite you to explore, reflect, and connect with the Let Go Campaign. Whether you need prayer, support, or simply a quiet moment to breathe, we are here to walk with you. You don’t have to carry your burdens alone; it’s okay to ask for help, to let go, and to trust that light and peace are possible. Your journey towards healing and freedom begins here.
