Our Commitment to Your Safety
Your well-being matters. The Let Go Campaign is designed to create a gentle, faith-centred space where people can reflect, release, and receive encouragement.
While our content supports emotional wellness and spiritual reflection, it is not a substitute for professional mental health care or crisis support.

If you are in danger, feeling unsafe, or experiencing severe mental distress, please seek immediate help through emergency services or your local mental health hotline. For more information on contacting emergency services and more, visit our Let Go Resources page.
